Nunzio Esposito
Chief Design Officer
Nunzio Esposito serves as Blue Yonder’s Chief Design Officer, where he leads the company’s User Experience (UX) Design and Research teams. He and his team are instrumental in shaping the design strategy that drives innovative, user-centered solutions across Blue Yonder’s product solutions, creating intuitive, scalable, and user-focused designs.
With a passion for technology, branding, and consumer behaviors, Nunzio has more than 20 years of experience as a designer. Prior to joining Blue Yonder, Nunzio was at Infor for 10 years most recently serving as the Senior Vice President, Head of Design, for the Industry Cloud. There, he led a cross-functional team of 150 people across the globe, servicing a decentralized team of 400 UX engineers in R&D to scale better design decisions through user research and insights, product design, content design, and design system engineering. He was able to amplify and extend the enterprise cloud platform for ongoing value, transforming a $13B cloud ERP company into a modularized enterprise for role-based UX.
Nunzio’s passion is bridging the gaps between product management, engineering, and design to better meet business needs. His passion extends into teaching having served as an adjunct professor in undergraduate and graduate programs at New York University (NYU), Fashion Institute of Technology, and Seton Hall University.
Nunzio has a bachelor’s in graphic design from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, two daughters, and four dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys restoring British chariots (MGs), modernizing that user experience on wheels.
