Associate Resource Groups
Blue Yonder has established several Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) to serve and support underrepresented groups. We encourage all associates to participate in ARGs as allies and aim to promote diversity, openness, inclusiveness, and belonging.

BRIDGE
Black Resource Initiative Dedicated to Equity
Launched in 2020, BRIDGE ensures that all Black/African American associates have the ability to be their authentic selves at work, be empowered to have an influential seat at the table and be valued for their contributions.
LAUNCHING IN 2021
BYourself LGBTQ+ Resource Group
Launched in 2021, BYourself bolsters support, affirmation, and equity for our diverse family of LGBTQ+ associates, partners, and neighbors to express their true selves in our communities.
